Joe has over 50 years experience in Transportation both for private and public fleet operations, and logistics. Joe retired from the New York State Department of Transportation as Director of statewide Fleet Administration. In this role he directed the growth of the DOT's highly successful and nationally recognized alternative fuel vehicle program. In addition to acquiring over 800 dedicated CNG vehicles this program led New York State in the research of all alternative fuels for vehicle deployment. This program designed and constructed 60 CNG fueling stations throughout New York State and led the effort to open these stations for public use.
Joe is Past Chair of the Maintenance Equipment Committee of the Transportation Research Board. In this role Joe coordinated the research activities of this committee and the collaboration of this committee's activities with other TRB committees' research activities related to energy, environment, personnel, asset management, and performance management. Transportation Research Board is the highly respected transportation association which is affiliated with the National Academies. Joe has advised three governor's and numerous legislators on alternative fuel policy.

Mary Lou Darling
Mary Lou had over 20 years of progressively responsible administrative experience with the State of New York. Mary Lou retired from the NYS Department of Transportation in the position of Payroll Examiner 3 responsible for administration of a bi-weekly payroll of $1.8 million and overseeing a team responsible for an additional $4 million. In addition to the payroll, she oversaw a team that audited the hold file for the Department's $20 million payroll. Mary Lou earned her AAS degree from Russell Sage College in Business Administration/Accounting. Mary Lou has worked with numerous charitable and civic organizations and received an award for her dedication to the EAP Committee at DOT. Also, she has lead a team for 7 years that has raised thousands of dollars for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer organization.
